Antia D’Alisera is not merely a successful YouTuber. Born in Rome Italy, and now a freshman at Kings College in London, she was raised by her father who is a movie producer and her mother who is an interior designer in Rome. Her older sister recently graduated from Parsons School of Design for fashion. Anita is surrounded by excellent taste and a beautiful eye for aesthetics. While on vacation, Anita and her family frequently travel to their house on an island off of Greece called Patmos. From growing up surrounded by her parents and sister’s excellent taste in style, art, and design, Anita has found a passion and deep interest for graphic designs, film, beauty and exquisite aesthetics. She is gifted with ideaphoria and can easily put her ideas into practice, since she currently has her own YouTube channel and her own graphic design business.

Anita D’Alisera, known as AniDali on Youtube (and for all her social media platforms), is currently a content creator for more than 6 years reaching 26.4 thousand subscribers. She is a young entrepreneur since she gets paid by YouTube, and also started her own graphic design business in 2020. The purpose of her business is to help Youtubers create aesthetic intro, outro, and banner templates for their Youtube channel. She customizes people’s needs based on what their YouTube channel is about and her prices are very affordable. There is a demand for having YouTube channels be pleasing, since the more the effort in regards to how one’s presentation looks the more people will subscribe to it. This is understandable and what a person says in their videos matters as well.

On the Fiverr website, an online marketplace for freelancers, Anita mentions that in addition to helping YouTubers create graphic designs, she customizes beautiful templates for clients’ social media as well. Anita has an entrepreneurial mindset because she realizes that not everyone is a YouTuber so she has branched out to help people make their other social media platforms look attractive and beautiful. Anita’s talent for design at her young age promises a lifetime of inspiration to create beauty and make it known.

Being a veteran slime maker before the big slime trend hit everywhere, Maddie had the ease of being able to find any glue she needed for slime making. But once the slime hit hard in 2017 it became a nightmare to find even one bottle of glue in any store. So, to combat her frustration Maddie, with help from her father, experimented with making her own slime glue and was able to fix hers, and many others, glue scarcity problem. Her Business was then named “Maddie Rea’s Slime Glue”.

Pretty soon word spread of her glue from friends and Maddie was able to sell her glue around to many slime enthusiasts. When expanding to an online market, fans of Maddie’s glue even reached out to her for help with getting more slime related products and soon her product line up had expanded beyond its original goal of selling glue which is an amazing feat for someone at the age of 12.

Maddie’s Slime shop was created to help expand her customer base as well as product line up for slime making. Ever since her popularity has grown at an alarming rate, even spawning a Maddie Rea “Slime Bash”, the largest slime convention in the world! But Maddie’s list of achievements doesn’t end there. Maddie is even in the Guinness Book of World Records for the largest slime ever made, weighing in over 13,000 pounds!

To this day Maddie’s products are flying off shelves and new products are always being added such as, new charms or glitters that add to the fun of creating your own slime.

Breaking the Surface

One of my life-long hobbies has been skiing. I’ve been on the slopes for as long as I can remember, and over the years, I’ve gone through several sets of skis myself. Over the accumulated months that I’ve spent on the slopes in my life, I have found that skiing park was where I found the most joy. Unfortunately, not many ski companies/ manufacturers make skis specifically dedicated to park, and when they make, their selection is usually quite slim. That’s how I found out about Surface skis. They are a company dedicated to making skis with the sole purpose of hitting big air, terrain parks, rails, and everything in-between. CEO, serial entrepreneur, and founder, Michael Schneider has made a company dedicated to hard-core and experienced skiers. He has built all of his brands from the ground up. Michael has over a decade of experience in global trade, offshore and domestic product sourcing, line plan management, sales management, trade shows, photography, and social media marketing guru. He solved the problem that many skiers like me face, wondering if the product they are buying will be reliable, safe, or sturdy. Surface skis have just broken the surface, and I am beyond excited to see where this fantastic company will go.

A “Seven Nation Army” Could not Hold Jack White Back

Jack White, famous for being the lead singer of the White Stripes, still impacts the world with his music and brilliant mind. Despite the early 2000’s band breaking up, Jack White continues to crank out his own solo albums, one of which he released this year and climbed to the top of the US 200 Billboard. With deep, often strange lyrics, and screeching, distorted guitar melodies, Jack White tops his performances off with color coordinated clothes, instruments, and lights. Along with producing his own albums, he opened up Third Man Records in 2009, a combination of a record store, studio, and concert venue. After opening up another branch of Third Man in Detroit in 2015, White felt inspired to extend it into a large vinyl-pressing factory in 2017 called Third Man Pressing, making it the only place where records can be made-to-order. Ben Blackwell, co-founder of Third Man Pressing and nephew of Jack White, says that “For Detroit to continue moving forward, you need to have different ideas. [Manufacturing] is a field that’s driven by creativity. That’s something this city has always been flush with.”

Jack White, while often considered an acquired taste, is one of the most creative and innovative musicians of this decade.  Not only does he have a creative mind, but also a business-like one. Throughout White’s career, he has faced many struggles and criticisms, but he still held his head up high and worked his way to fame. “There are many people out there who will tell you that you can’t,” White says,”What you’ve got to do is turn around and say, ‘Watch me.'” Jack White’s passion is to turn music back into the raw, emotion-filled expression that it used to be, and no one can get in-between an inspired man and his dream. White not only revolutionized the rock n’ roll industry, but he also demonstrated the flexibility of the title of ‘entrepreneur’. Jack White is a living example of where creativity, hard work, and talent can take a person.

IdeaPaint

Whilst looking for a way to be able to brainstorm on the walls of his dorm, John Goscha stumbled upon the concept for IdeaPaint, a product that turns any surface into a dry erase board. Through the help of several partners and friends and over the span of four years, IdeaPaint came into commercial existence and revolutionized the process of innovation.

IdeaPaint sells dry erase paint in both clear and white colors, as well as their product PULL, which is a magnetic wall covering that combines with the dry erase paint. The truly unique thing about the paint is it allows you to turn anything into a dry erase board; we’re talking table, doors, and even a camper!

Customers from all over are having IdeaPaint products infused into their offices, businesses, and even their homes. Wayfair, an online home furnishing company, has featured this innovative creation in some of their design creations. TED even had an IdeaPaint coated wall at their 2015 Vancouver Convention Center. It was a prominent place for the TEDsters to collaborate, reflect, and add to artist Cascio’s designs.

IdeaPaint calls their product “the ultimate idea tool” and they hope that they can be a part of their customer’s best ideas. Their innovations are centered around the idea of helping others be innovative, and that’s pretty neat.
