Anker Jain was an entrepreneur from the age of 11 starting an online quiz business that fostered over 2.5 million users. But the real impressive thing about Jain is how positive he was and how quickly he pivoted after his server crashed and he lost his whole business.
Jain did not let this setback slow him at all and instead started up another business right away called Kairos Society which is a platform to help young entrepreneurs connect with others and pursue their callings. Kairos is ancient greek for “opportune moment” and gives a perfect representation of wanting to offer other individuals an easier time to invest in what they believe in and go after it. Jain says that his dream is to not settle for doing anything less than “changing the world” and that’s exactly what he’s set out to do. No set back is gonna stop him and that it exactly what we need to do as entrepreneurs.
This is awesome to hear, many companies are focused on a physical tangible product, but a source for community, that’s different!
Everyone should have his type of go get mentality. Settling for good enough is simply not enough. I like to imagine how the world would be if everyone had this kind of attitude and perseverance.
Love that you chose such an ambitious person to talk about. His passion is something that we should all have.
It is really awesome how fast the business caught on. Young entrpreneurs are very creative and it can be assumed they are using their right side of their brain, since their left side is not fully developed yet.
It is amazing to see how quickly Anker was able to pivot after his server crashed and take up a whole new business. His goal to change the world is something that many want, but don’t put in the necessary effort to achieve. It is clear to me that Anker put in the effort needed to truly change the world, and also help others change the world at the same time.
First of all it is amazing to see how many users he had originally, quite impressive. Also, it is very impressive to see that he was able to pivot his business after it crashed. This is an inspiration young entrepreneur and with his attitude is going to do great things in his career.
super interesting to see not only a development of new ideas, but a total change to facilitate creation of new ideas an innovation!
It’s awesome that Anker Jain turned something that most people would see as a major loss into something that would end up helping so many others. I love his positive attitude and think that all young entrepreneurs could learn something from him!
That’s really inspirational. He got knocked down in the beginning but was able to get back up and help others that may have go though what he did as a kid entrepreneur.
