Adam Lipecz, a young entrepreneur, has a passion for robotics and coding. His incredible mind has won him many robotics awards featuring different aspects of innovative technology. Some of his inventions include a foldable bicycle, a unique and efficient drone engine, and an intelligent first-aid app for smartphones.
Adam is also the co-founder and CEO of the toy robot and coding app known as “Codie.” Codie is a small movable robot that can only be played with through an app that you must download on your phone. With this app, users can create realistic programs on their phone which command Codie and tell him how to respond. Adam describes his idea as sort of the Legos for architects.
With the way that our society is quickly moving towards becoming computer based, knowing how to code is becoming more and more essential. This tool could help users take a look into the programming world and could help them learn in a very fun way. Codie is a brilliant idea that could help improve learning and aid in programming education for people of almost any age.
I was just reading about this the other day and it is a great idea. Codie could help inspire the next generation of coders and be very fun while doing so. Great post!
Pretty cool that your phone controls a robot! Very interesting idea that he had come to fruition. This creation allows young and old to get into coding with ease which usually isnt an easy thing to get involved with.
