Gerard Adams, a millennial entrepreneur, is the co-founder of the online news source of Elite Daily. This is the premier online news space for millennials. It is the leading source for all the breaking news on the platform and the perfect entertainment for future leaders of our up coming generations. This entertainment keeps topics towards politics, social justice, the college life, humor money, etc. By the year 2008, the online investor relations Firm Wall Street Grand that he launched had reached the price of $10 million. He was accepted into Caldwell University however, he chose a different path launching an online ratings forum for traders and investors. Soon after, he was put into the position of becoming the director of investor relations at mPhase. He soon however, fell into a huge failure of the battery of mPhase not working during a live demonstration.
The sale had ultimately helped to be an inspiration for the launching of Elite Daily, and and allowed Adams to pay off the mortgage of his parents. Tony Robbins was the one who helped Adams and got him to realize what it was that he wanted to do. He said to Adams, “Success without fulfillment is the ultimate failure.” This was when Adams decided to launch Fownders which is a non-profit that aims to help young students in Newark involved with entrepreneurship.
He also founded Leaders Create Leaders, a consultancy that shows you how to create growth, legacy, impact, and freedom. This is shown through a client-service business. Him and his team have provided support for early-stage entrepreneurs.
Overall, his ultimate goal was becoming an investor, trusted advisor, and philanthropist. His advice to people aspiring to become leaders was, “When you put good energy into the world, and you push forward day in and day out, I guarantee you that opportunities will manifest.”

I find Adams’ failure interesting. That must have been instrumental in his process of innovation. I think we try very hard to avoid failure, which ultimately could limit the gain of new understanding.
