Paul Mattison started his restaurant business in 2001 when he opened Mattison’s American Bistro and catering company in St. Petersburg. Over the next five years he expanded his restaurant chain rapidly across the United States. He saw how his restaurant chain could make him a big enterprise and he ran with it. Paul found how the world appreciated what he created and he showed the world that he could make a business out of it. His newest enterprise is Mattison Culinary Outfitters and has expressed interest into making that business into a culinary supermarket. Paul’s new business showed him that he found a niche that was not very interesting to a lot of people so they did not create the business to do exactly what he did. As Paul found more and more things that needed helped in this small community he figured out ways to make them built into his businesses. Paul figured that as long as he can figure out what the need is he can basically know what is wanted he can make the money from having the business with everything for a businesses culinary needs. Paul was very smart with what he chose to do with the information he had found.
