Evan, a nine year old entrepreneur, has it made. It’s estimated that he will make $1.3 million a year. Doing what? Reviewing toys. His channel, Evan Tube, has over 2.8 million subscribers and over a billion people have viewed his videos, and it’s easy to see why. After visiting his YouTube channel, it’s clear that Evan Tube is the ultimate kid fun zone. There’s videos of him at Universal, doing the “Chubby Bunny” challenge, reviewing the new whip cream in your face game, this kid does it all. Oh, and he’s been doing this since he was five.
This young man has created a brand for himself that has been so successful. Moms and kids know they can visit his channel to get reliable unbiased information from a fun kid perspective. It is the perfect package.
Who knew that technology and toys is all you need to create a successful business? I didn’t. I’m so astonished that a child can create this amazing story for himself all through using technology that was accessible to him and playing with toys that he was already using anyway. Evan, you are a true success!
I wish I was projected to make 1.3 million dollars this year! But seriously, this is a great idea and the fact that his channel is useful to both children and their parents is a huge factor as to why Evan has been so successful.
Its is amazing to me how Evan became such a success at such a young age! Reviewing toys for a living is a dream that most people will never accomplish, along with making 1.3 million dollars a year. His YouTube channel is based off a simple yet extremely helpful idea. My younger cousins love Evan Tube!
Do you think he ever has to worry about student loans? $1.3 million is such a small amount 😉 loose change really. I love how he is very believable. I think that helped him become such a success because kids and parents are going to trust an actual user of the toy at the age of 9 than a weird 40 year old marketer.
I think that one thing that makes his channel so successful is that he’s giving the rare child’s perspective on toys. No matter how many times an adult says that a certain toy is “cool”, it won’t mean as much to potential customers as the perspective of an actual child in the age range acceptable to use the toy. It astounds me how much business there really is for YouTubers. They have options of endorsements while also being paid by YouTube if they reach a certain number of subscribers.
This is a great idea! This idea has probably helped parent find out if toys are really worth their money and what new toys are on the market that their kids would really enjoy!
