Humble Hero?

Most of the time we see entrepreneurs as people that are on the front line of inventions or businesses or YouTube channels. There are many entrepreneurs that are left out of the spotlight but they use their talent in a tremendous way. Mike Spinos is an example of one of these entrepreneurs.

Who is Mike Spinos? This 22 year old is a freelance videographer and photographer that not only takes pictures for the Steelers but is also JuJu-Smith Schuster’s personal photographer and videographer. Why is this name not widely know or why doesn’t he get more recognition? Although Mike has a personality made for the camera he uses his hard and talent to produce phenomenal content.

But Why Him?

Mike is a 2020 graduate of Robert Morris University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Digital Cinema Design and Television with a minor in Photography. Mike was known a quiet but hard worker according to his professors. Mike always went above and beyond, according to one of his professors “people

were afraid to go after him” due to how well he would perform. Mike used his ability to outwork his competition when he got a chance to “interview” for

JuJu.

During a time where Juju was looking for a photographer Mike reached out. During the “interview” Mike was suppose to record 3 videos and then pass it off to the editors, Mike being Mike went ahead and edited the videos himself, which impressed Juju’s manager.

Current Mike is not only working for Juju-Smith but he is working with Juju. This shows an example of an entrepreneur that isn’t in the spot light but still plays an important job. According to Juju, Mike is seen as one of his really close friends.

My uncle is someone I would consider a millennial entrepreneur. He has been finding different ways to make money non-traditionally since he was in high school. He would go around New York and resell snacks he got in bulk from big lots. In college he got into disc joking and started doing it for parties and ended using that to pay for college. He now finds different way to solve problems using the internet to his advantage. He does photo shoots, professional video, sells clothing, works with real estate and buys and sells different products.

Although my uncle would be considered rich or famous, he is pretty successful. At a young age Paul took advantage of using things around him to make money. He learned to become an innovator. As time goes on more people find problems and create ways to solve them. Anyone can do it, we all face problems and we can all imagine ways to fix those problems. We may look at famous people and see them as super humans, the real super humans are looking back at you in the mirror in the morning.
