Kobees’s Lip Balm

Kobees Lip Balm Shark Tank

Kobe Harris was in his freshman year at Loyola university in Chicago when he began developing a all natural skincare brand that would come to be known as Kobee’s. It took him over a year to develop his first formula due to his commitment to environmental stability and sustainability. Kobe also was super invested into the simplicity of his brand. He wanted simple products, simple (and plastic free) packaging, and simple ingredients. Kobe was also methodical, as you can tell from the year it took for the first product. The signature beeswax lip balm took another year to both develop and bring to market. Other products include hand salve, cuticle butter, a lotion stick, neck butter, a lip scrub, and lip overnight masks. I don’t know much about facial care, but it’s apparent that these products have sold well over the past several years. Kobe was brought onto shark tank, which only continued the upward climb of the companies equity growth. All in all, kobees has shown how effective simplicity and methodology can be for an entrepreneur.

Jack Bonneau- Jack Stands.

Jack Bonneau was just a kid who needed some extra money to buy Legos. He ended up opening a Lemonade stand called Jack’s Stands at a local farmers’ market and turning a pretty good profit. He then decided to franchise the lemonade stand and would hire other kids to work them. He went to shark tank at the age of 10. The ability to open a franchise that has an empathy aspect to it and be able to make so much money at such a young age is crazy. His desire to have money to do what he wants and help other kids out in there summers. His ability to see that there was a path forward by franchising and getting more and more stands and using his entrepreneurial mind on how to take his business to the next level. Due to legal changes in Denver requiring all venders to have permits, Jack had to shift to a nonprofit system which allows him to bypass the law and accept donations to help kids in need. This shows he wasn’t only concerned with money and his business model runs on empathy and good lemonade. This model is interesting as it makes people feel guilty almost and makes you want to help them out. It’s easy to say no through a screen but when the outcome is right Infront of you it makes it harder. Jack seems like a shoot first aim later type of Entrepeneur and this gives him the ability to spring into a gap in the market when presented and then be able to pivot when needed to best fit the market. He also shows this in his ability to pivot and be flexible. He is innovating by understanding his project was no longer viable under the law, so he opened a nonprofit which helped him adapt and find a new gap. He demonstrates the ability to use his own business ventures to help kids in need and make a social impact on the world. He could have also changed his vision or went another direction but his pure dedication to the cause and passion and pride for his business allowed him to stay true and stay in the business of lemonade stands even if the government said no at first. I think id there are two things to learn from jack they are: 1. Start small and then expand. and 2. Age shouldn’t stop you. Both of these things are key elements to jacks story and success. His ability to completely master his small market and then expand to others is truly a top-level skill that he mastered at such a young age and is truly inspiring.

Mikey’s Munchies

From a young age, Mikey Wren had a passion for vending machines. His earliest recollection of the machines dates back to when he was just eight years old. He was attending a summer camp and decided he wanted a snack. He discovered a vending machine and was amazed at the fact that someone owned the machine and was making money through his snack purchases. He decided right then and there that one day he would build a vending machine empire. Although for many the goal seemed out of reach, Mikey was determined. He made a deal with his parents to split the cost of a vending machine for Christmas and raised the money for not one, but two machines. Wren immediately went to work networking, attending conventions and meetings, and soon found a home for his first two machines in an office building. With the money from those machines, he bought two more and placed them in an apartment complex. Mikey’s business gained attraction from the snack manufacturer, KarmaBox, who sent him a free machine and helped him find a location for it. His business was absolutely skyrocketing, but he wasn’t done just yet. Mikey remembered just how difficult the early days of his journey were, and wanted to give back to those who were following the same path he did. Wren now sells refurbished vending machines to startup businesses to help them get on their feet. These machines come with a starter pack that gives info and supplies to first time vending machine owners, things he wish he had when he started off. Mikey’s Munchies continues to grow and flourish, with such an early start the sky is truly the limit.

Eric Finman

Eric Finman became a millionaire at just 18 years old. This came to fruition because of Eric’s bold decision to drop out of high school and make a bet with his parents. He told them that if he was able to make 100 dollars into 1 million dollars by the time he turned 18, he would not have to finish high school and go to college. Eric did just that. He invested almost all of his 1000 dollars in Bitcoin at an early stage which is now worth over 4.8 million. Eric saw this opportunity when a man came up to him on the street with a shirt that said Bitcoin on it. Wondering what that was Eric asked him what the meaning of his shirt was and the man said, “It’s going to end wall street!”, so naturally Eric decided to research this currency more and later invest into it. After Bitcoins first big rise in value, Eric used this money to start a company called Botangle. This is an online education site to students to be taught through video chats. This allowed for example, someone more qualified to the teach the course from home globally, instead of using random high school teachers from around the area. Then with this new money and the second rise of Bitcoin Eric moved to Silicon Valley and has picked up new cryptocurrency to delve into. Recently he has been looking into Metal pay and Yellow Card which are cryptocurrencies that are seen to be launched in Africa soon.

That is spelled “K-N-O-W-L-E-S”

If you have ever dabbled in conservative media, you must have come across the Daily Wire, the foremost producer of conservative podcasts, news, and movies. The company boasts four main online personalities: Ben Shapiro, Matt Walsh, Andrew Klavan, and Michael Knowles. this article is about the ladder of the four men, Michael Knowles: actor, academic, political commentator, and entrepreneur. With such an extensive resume, it is shameful that there remains few good biographies of him. Michael Knowles has started several companies, as well as maintained a successful career in politics and media. His journey started however, in Hollywood.

Michael graduated with Honors from Yale University with a degree in History and Italian Literature. During his stint in College, Michael performed in two web series, and after graduation, he worked at an acting studio in New York under the tutoring of Wynn Handman. After this he proceeded to move to Los Angeles where he would go on to act in several different films, including major motion picture, Hollyweird. Having worked with Spencer Klavan, the son of Daily Wire Host Andrew Klavan, he was invited to host his own show on the multi media platform. It was from this point that his career grew exponentially.

Since joining the Daily Wire, Michael Knowles has been featured in such films as “Lady Ballers,” “What Is A Woman,” and “No Safe Spaces.” In addition, Michael Knowles has become a major voice in both the Republican community and the Catholic community, establishing himself as an advocate for both groups and championing Christian, conservative values. Michael has spoken at major events and campuses across the United States on topics ranging from cultural issues, theology, politics, philosophy, and literature, and has published two books: “Speechless” and “Reasons to Vote for Democrats,” the latter of which was a several hundred page book with zero words.  His wide range of knowledge and skills and his comedic ability has served him in all aspects of his media and public appearance career.

Another consequence of joining the Daily Wire has been a publicization of his passions such as cigars, good drink, and comedy. In 2023, Michael Knowles started Mayflower Cigars, a cigar company that is geared towards the conservatively minded. Since its founding, the company has seen 2$ million in sales and is only growing. In addition to Mayflower Cigars, Michael Knowles has launched several other companies, including a drinking game for the conservatively minded, and a scented candle company geared towards Catholics.

There is no doubt that Michael Knowles has an entrepreneurial spirit. His adaptability, wide range of skills, and personability make the ideal canvas for a successful entrepreneur and his career has proved this. From getting his start in academics, to his time in film, his success in politics, and his combination all of these things to build a multi-million dollar business is a true testament to his entrepreneurial acumen.

Yet another college competition turned Business

Charu Thomas is a young woman who founded Ox which is a human-centered operation system. Like is the story with many entrepreneurs, she first had her idea on her own and perfected it in her mind and worked on it on her own. She even worked at a warehouse, but then when a business idea competition arose at Georgia Tech, she improved her idea, worked with professors, and presented her idea. What drives her is something that many people in generation Z set out for, to help the world in a profitable way. Something that makes her idea interesting is that it employs the use of high-tech technology in a unique way. She shows the entrepreneurial spirit of taking an idea and perfecting it through trials, and finally letting people know about it. It can be hard for people to accomplish all of those steps, as it can be very stressful. What inspires me about this is that the idea was perfected due to a college business competition, which I think demonstrates one of the powers of higher education. She teaches me the principal of working hard, as much of her ideation process happened while attending Georgia Tech, which is a rigorous college.

Kate Spade and her entrepreneurship journey

Kate Spade is one of the entrepreneurs that I aspire to be like. Kate Spade was born on December 14th, 1962, she was an inspirational fashion designer who crafted many beautiful purses, and items. She had grown up in Kansas City and had a craft and an art for design. Kate had worked at Mademoiselle in the accessories section. She soon quit her job to make a rank as being senior fashion designer (which is a pretty big deal if you ask me). She had a show at the Jarvis Center where she had put her bags on display, before anyone knew it, her brand began to blow up, and she became a top fashion designer in New York. Though she has sadly passed away, her legacy still lives on, and her bags are still popular to this day. Her charm and design made her a legend in the fashion industry and has changed the way we view handbags and other materials. I have 3 of her bags, and they are all reliable, and fashionable, which I believe she was striving for. I am inspired and amazed by her work!
